.You know that you're soon to turn 30 when...
You pinch a nerve in your back while leaning forward to turn up NPR. I'm 50% laughing at the absurdly dorky way of hurting myself & 50% crying in pain. Happy Friday the 13th everyone. Have a good weekend and be careful when listening to liberal talk radio :-)

Yes indeed. Since I turned thirty I've noticed all sorts of weird pains, creaky joints and all...good luck, hope you get better!
