Elizabeth with her two youngest children Jack & Emma Claire Today Elizabeth Edwards died peacefully surrounded by loved ones. In her 61 years she was a devoted wife, mother, activist, friend, mentor, author, attorney, and survivor. She was full of dignity, grace, and class even in the most trying of times. My thoughts go out to those close to her, especially her children. Today the world lost a strong woman and loving mother - things that I strive to be. Lets all take the time each day to be grateful for the time that we have with our friends and family.
