As you know, today is Earth Day. I love this "holiday" for many reasons {actually doing good things, totally free of consumerism, and all people can/should participate not just those of a specific religion, the lessons on personal and global responsibility, etc}. This year we are "celebrating" by planting and gardening in our own yard. I had hoped to do a bit more {volunteer with Friends of Trees} but because of timing there's just no way {we have music class, a kids birthday, a friend visiting from out of town, and Easter}.
Enjoy this day and take a moment to do something for your planet for you and your children, and grandchildren...
